The City of Milwaukee owns a 1.6 acre site in the 30th Street Industrial Corridor that is funded for redevelopment through an EPA Brownfield clean up grant. EPA contracted OTIE as consulting team members of the EPA's Land Development Group. OTIE reviewed existing documentation, conducted soil testing, presented information to a focus group for comments, wrote recommendations and findings, and produced unique illustrated concepts for an urban agricultural redevelopment program. |
